The Story of Thursday February 25th

So we're sitting here on Thursday watching the Idol results show, Landon just urpped up about a half gallon of food on me, and Reagan is napping on Liza's shoulder. All is good.
Let me just say real quick after watching the guys sing last night, they all suck.  The taking-his-shirt-off dude (Casey) and the 8 year old kid (Aaron) were the only good ones.  Worst Idol season so far, talent-wise, IMHO.

Liza got in on Wednesday, good to have her here to help out.  For all of our Texas readers, I'll jump straight to the pictures.  Here's Liza with the boys.....

We went to the doctor's office today to see Dr. Coppa.  I had mentioned before that Reagan had some baby acne, little white bumps and "rashiness" on his face and chest.  Well it turns out that the baby acne is actually seborrhea, it's a skn condition but nothing to worry about, happens quite a bit it seems, similar to baby acne, but there's stuff we can do to help alleviate it.

It seems that the schedule / regimen that Hillary and I have going is working really well.  Reagan came in at 7lbs 15oz, which is great, he is really getting bigger, heading towards where he should be.  Landon came in at 10lbs 3oz.  He's a moose. 

We're basically going with feedings every three hours during the day, Reagan getting 3oz and Landon getting 4oz.  We are still alternating breast milk and formula every feeding, and supplementing Reagan's breast milk with some powdered formula so he can get a few more calories (beefcake!) and hopefully catch up with his brother. 

At night, after the 11pm feedings we have been letting them sleep until one of them starts to stir. Usually it's Landon first, and usually it's about three and a half hours or so after the last feeding.  However, whoever wakes up first, they both get up to eat.

I went in to work for a while today, had to take care of a few things.  With Liza here, I'm going in all next week.

We have Amanda this weekend (YAY!), I'm doing a pulled pork tomorrow, she's been asking for one for quite a bit.  We went to an awards ceremony at her school last night, she made honor roll again.  I'm very proud of her.

Shanna and baby Ava are coming over tomorrow, should be the start of a nice weekend.
