The Story of Reagan's Ups and Downs.....

.....Or more accurately his downs and ups.

At about noon today, his main nurse came in to tell me that after a little bit of improvement  when he first got here, Reagan's condition had slipped back a bit.  His blood pressure was getting way to low which was leading to not enough oxygen in his blood stream.  They decided to start him on dopamine which would help with the blood pressure and give him a blood transfusion.

Good news, his oxygen level in his blood moved way up thanks to the combination of the medicine and the new blood.  We'll know if the progress keeps in a few more hours.  I'm going to stay here until after shift change (about 8:30pm) and then go to a nearby hotel for the night.

Just talked to Hillary, Landon is holding steady, I'm sure he misses his brother just as much as I miss seeing him and Hillary misses seeing Reagan.  Talked to Amanda a little bit ago too, she sends her love to her brothers.
